Pacific Pearl Hotels approaches every asset from the owner’s perspective, in order to ensure that each individual property is nurtured to the best of its operating abilities. Our professional team takes time to understand the individual asset and its relative market performance to help maximize asset value. In both on-site and corporate capacities we consistently provide each property with ongoing ownership reporting and support to communicate our progress towards achieving it.

Sales & Marketing

Pacific Pearl Hotels' hands-on approach to management ensures that each property undergoes a custom-designed plan of procedure tailored to the market conditions in which it operates. Our corporate team works side by side with each property’s on-site marketing department for a constant analysis of sales and revenue strategies in order to maximize revenue. We understand that each flag is mainly responsible for driving market efforts, so we provide comprehensive sales training for our front desk operators, as well as all other e-commerce and interactive management tools.
